Pros

I worked with a great group of colleagues. They are talented and will brainstorm ideas. The company name, IHeart Media, is a benefit to have on your resume.

Cons

The company has a very high turnover rate due to company moral. The management is very disorganized and is clearly out to only make money. They do not have a philosophy of building relationships with clients. For an international and very well known company they have some serious issues to contend with.

Outside sales, uncapped commission, potential to make a lot of money, good people to work with across the country, ability to export to outside markets and get full commission. Relative freedom as long as your doing well

Cons

Poor account management of billing business A.E.'s move up or move on from the company. No retention of sales assistants. Internal System's don't link up to make pre and post sales process seamless from inventory hold to invoice billing.
