Lovely colleagues but inconsistent management
Pros
Work is very interesting and the company has lots of potential. Good interview experience. Friendly staff from the bottom to mid senior roles. Some leadership members are very approachable others not so much. Good location. Generous with the booze Access to social groups
Cons
Technology over promises and under delivers although some changes started. Below market rate salary and barely any perks. Significantly Inconsistent salary given to same level of staff. No salary structure Managers are very inconsistent and there is not a uniform way in which staff are treated in different depts. Some managers are self serving and don't encourage growth, instead are more concerned about their own growth rather than the teams Training provided for senior managers only Lack of diversity amongst higher ranks and unconscious bias still prevalent Some managers very anti work from home esp before COVID but started to improve
