      Pros

      If you can avoid upper management there's a small group of employees who are friendly.

      Cons

      The pay was really low for non-management. The Chicago branch office is in a terrible location and old building. A lot of upper management lacks clear direction, fairness and professionalism. Never on the same page as corporate.

      Pros

      Not a bad place to start out in the industry. If you like drive that's a pro.

      Cons

      The air quality around the build smells terrible, it's not in a safe location, not much to choose from when it comes to lunch and the building could use a makeover.

      You get to travel if you're lucky.

      Cons

      Benefits are expensive. Do not offer proprer training for the jobs involved. Only promote those who have close frienships. Do not offer tuition reimbursement or valid training and or certifications. Have not offered raises in several years. Over work you with no proper compensation. Do your research before signing off on anything that can bind you especially when it comes to federal and international guidelines which they dont train you.
