Pros

Decent Pay, Good Incentives, Fun Destination Training Seminar

Cons

typical "clicky" sales team atmosphere. Corporate Bureaucracy. Be careful as a new hire, they have a tendency to keep an employee for around a year just to farm all the new clients and fresh leads, just to let them go & divvy up the accounts between the existing AEs.

Pros

Lots of potential growth, flexible hours, great personalities

Cons

Very disorganized and management was lost. My interview (with a department head) versus actual position were very different. It was as if they were winging it the whole way through. Was told I would be a part of team, once I started I was the team. I had four different managers in a 3 month period. This was just after a reorganization so I hope it would have changed
