Most people are friendly, the company has good benefits and time off, the company does a good job of having fun events to make office morale good

Cons

senior consultants are catty and stuck in their ways, the company doesn't care about helping you if you aren't good at sales, don't want to go to work when I wake up in the morning

You are off on Weekends.

Cons

Way under pay employees, hostile work environment, horrible managers, lay people off and distribute work out to a few employees with no pay increase and then never hire a replacement so the work becomes yours for the life of your employment. Totally takes advantage of their employees, no incentive and President of Company tells you that if you don't like the way the company is run point your feet in the other direction and start stepping. We have went over 8 years without a single raise or cost of living increase.

There is much to learn by traveling to assigned markets

Cons

Compensation depends on market assignments and that depends solely NOT on past performance. 10yrs on the job, increased my revenue goals so high that no one could reach that level. Asked for a year for new assignments which were given to inexperienced employees. Please don't believe this is a reputable company!!!!
