Pros
*Finally beginning to use metrics to help guide the business. *They do a great job of recognizing your accomplishments.
Cons
*When I say they recognize your accomplishments that is in no way suggesting they compensate you adequately for the work you put in. *They've been under the wing of a venture capital group for years and it shows by the short term thinking that goes into their decision making. *It's evident that the goal is to eliminate stand alone branches as much as possible, no room for growth outside of Phoenix or New York.
