      Pros

      Great pay, if you are a hard working, dedicated person who can manage themselves and their time wisely. Average to good benefits, what you would expect of a nationwide company. Good brand to have on your resume.

      Cons

      The sign of a decaying culture - micromanagement. If you have a whole staff where you feel the need to constantly see them in office and give no freedom, you either have an entire staff that needs to go, or you have a leadership problem. Short sighted vision, lack of any direction on what success looks like, and micromanagement are killing a one time promising future.

      In top 10 markets with some nice inventory

      Cons

      Pay cut after pay cut. It was supposed to get better after separating from iHeartMedia and has gotten much worse for AE’s. Several pay cuts some in same year. Small base and very low commission percentage. Every year you wonder how will they cut commissions again. No one in the corporate office has sold a Outdoor and it shows. Morale as you can imagine is extremely low. Sales people have lost all respect for management
