Pros

We had dominos. They went above and beyond. Taking care of your employees right there! There are no pros - other than some of the employees that were rockstars that they let go.

Cons

It was nice being in a 50 year old building with limited office space and the main man in charge annoyingly coming around clapping. He'd come around - clap clap clap ask what you were working on. Complete dictatorship. Arrogance. Unappreciated. Benifits are horrible - the organization up there is chaos. I'm glad I left when I did- and the guaranteed salary is taxed 30% but the expect you to move the moon

Pros

They used to have great people. I guess it's not a pro anymore since most of them are gone

Cons

People hired who don't know the business. Only concern was servicing the debt from the purchase that should have never happened. Losing all of your knowledgeable people. They probably have less than 10% of the people who were there 10 years ago. Relocating executive staff to NY, with its high cost of living and not understanding that the product is still billboards. Insurance was wonderful when I first started working their, when I left it was truly awful. They had actually contracted with the most expensive pharmacy for our prescription needs. Sometimes it was better to pay outright at another pharmacy than use the insurance at the designated pharmacy. No room for advancement. They used to groom people and help them grow. Now it's just do your job, knowing that you will be doing that job until they fire you because you've been there too long.

Pros

The only pro to this job is that you get to leave at the end of the day.

Cons

The management is very rude and nasty to staff. Their salaries go up but staff doesn’t even get raises or bonuses. They rush you back to “in office” and force you to get the Covid shot. If there was ever a hell on earth, Clear Channel comes close. No solid HR department. Only 3 full time HR staff and everyone else is a consultant. Resignations is the norm and every week someone leaves. The staff that do stay is only because their skills are so poor they can’t find another job.
