Great Industry and Had Been a nicely compensated position.

Cons

Management is oblivious to the needs of it's clients and employees. Total Top Down approach that demoralizes anyone but corporate employees and their agendas. Annual company engagement surveys which are always highly critical about the work and management culture, but nothing changes.

Good colleagues and thats the only Pro.

Cons

Management doesn't care about the safety and welfare of their employees. They tried to get back everyone back in office during COVID, when the state governments advised to work from home. People who revolted against the return to office were laid off in the name of budget cut. There is no transparency in anything especially during the pandemic. There is no room for growth and pay is below average. Upper management is still trying to figure out things.
