      Good entry-level job, learned a lot about advertising and got to see Account Executives work with many business partners

      Cons

      Management is questionable, work load piles up as they have high turnover rates and not much room for promotion.

      Great inventory in the market

      Incompetent management, no leadership, no training. I would ask management in different scenarios what they would do in certain situations and they would literally say “Go back, think about it and come up with a plan,” They would never go with me cold calling or help me put campaigns together which was setting me up for failure. Literally 5 or 6 newer reps left the company in the past year. Heavy micromanagement. , Three + commission cuts in a year, company billions in debt. Also come to find out that Clear Channel pays the least amount of commission of any of their competitors.
