Great company, great benefits, great team
Pros
My team is by far a pleasure to work with. I have never worked any where else where it actually felt like a family. The sales manager and general manager are top notch and really care about your success. The company is going through some technology changes that is going to make the sales process a lot easier from start to finish.
Cons
-Commission could be better to match with industry standards, but it's not bad. -Technology upgrades are hindering performance as it's roll out is somewhat slow, but will change by end of year. -Billing system is by far the worse I've ever seen. It's difficult for clients to pay and the billing department often contacts clients for payments that are already sitting on account. -Turnover in billing department is horrendous.
