      Clear Street is employing a modern technology stack revolutionize an industry that is in much need of a technology update. The company's mission and direction provides a great opportunity to contribute and learn in many areas of technology and finance, In my experience, the Clear Street leadership has been knowledgeable and approachable. I have also found the employees to be friendly and professional within this fast-paced environment.

      The benefits offering was average at my time of hire. However, the company has taken action to make improvements in this area.

      good benefits, cool coworkers, lots of teambuilding activities, generally good office culture

      Cons

      HR did not understand the company or the role very well, so when I started working what I was doing and WHO I was doing it for were very different than what I had come to expect during the interview process

      Pros

      Great community and very collaborative work environment. One of the best offices I have ever worked in, from location, snacks, and daily DoorDash credits. Also, top notch benefits package.

      Cons

      Rapid growth means constant change, so if you are not use to an agile work environment, it may be a hard transition.
