They have a clear vision of where they want to be and are executing it. The management listens to the staff for input on projects and end goals. Clear Street is quickly growing and is very agile. The staff are a good mix of older experienced people as well as some grate younger engineers.

Cons

In my short time there I really have not seen any cons to date.
