      Pros

      Clear Street is a fast paced and growing environment that requires excellence. My team is works well together towards the same goal. Since it is a growing company there is plenty of room and space to have an impact and shape the future. The Office is amazing and the company provides a daily door dash stipend.

      Cons

      The parental leave policy is not competitive with what is on the market.

      Pros

      I love working for Clear Street. They take great care of the employees and are always more than accommodating. I also like what the company's mission is and the direction we are heading. Every boss I've had is great. Very grateful to be an employee here. They have awesome benefits- stock plan, 401k match, medical/dental insurance, free lunch every day, generous PTO.

      Cons

      I can't think of a con. This job is 10x better than my previous role (I worked for a large investment firm)
