Every idea is heard Colleagues are brilliant and knowledgeable Tech stack is incredible Projects are no nonsense, pure and simple Paid lunches are a nice addition Private insurance is a huge bonus

What has stood out in my first 3 months has been the drive to push the group forward. Objectives, strategy and support are well-established and broadcast to provide a strong base for career development. Strong tech showing, so i'm learning a lot.

Cons

too early to have any serious gripes. I hope to write the same in 1 year!
