Some of the best folks in the Industry building a back office system from scratch, great place to interact with smart folks and learn regardless of level.

Cons

Management has been awful and hopefully changes with the new breed coming in. Changes in direction, lack of DEI, lack of hiring in groups and juvenal atmosphere hurts the overall build.

$17 lunch stipend, modern tech stack, good coworkers

Cons

Lots of hire and fire, the company can't recruit or retain staff longer than 2 years. Engineering culture is all over the place in terms of quality. Flat compensation. Too much on call. IPO seems far off.
