If you like being discouraged 40+ hours a week, this is the place for you.

Pros

Good reimbursements for fitness, office equipment and internet. You're genuinely helping people.

Cons

Upper management likes to talk about transparency more than actually being transparent. Monthly town halls you get told how much money the company is making, then get crappy raises (if you're lucky). Workload can be unreasonable despite proof. No consistency in expectations or processes for some departments. Upper management encourages "all ideas and thoughts be shared" but doesn't follow through on things once its been brought up.

Pros

Clearcaptions is such a great place to work! Great people, but what the company’s values is the biggest for me. Management actually listens to feedback and make changes based on that if it makes sense. There’s also room for growth and they do tend to hire within.

Cons

Personally I can’t think of a downside.
