Pros

Peer employees were great to work with

Cons

*First 5 years without raise. Left company making roughly $4 more an hour despite rave reviews on annual performance reviews. *Continually minimized positive and perks of employment *Disorganized management who lack transparency *Management will gaslight you when you have concerns *You are only a number, even after 8 years of service they will "restructure" an entire department overnight *Stressful and anxiety inducing, not because of the tasks, but because *management changes their mind constantly. Our team motto was "PIVOT!" A lot of time wasted because someone changed their mind. *dysfunctional SOPs and uneducated KPIs.

Pros

There is no "pro" that makes the downsides worth it.

Cons

I was naively drawn in by the company’s mission-based language, but unfortunately, I did not see those values lived out day-to-day. During my employment, I did not feel confident in the safety or security practices I observed, and when I raised concerns internally, they were not resolved in a way that made me feel safe. Due to significant concerns regarding security and operational practices, I do not recommend this company, especially if you have any health issues that could be exacerbated by an acoustic trauma. Additionally, I see several reviews excusing operational issues on the basis of the company being "young." Folks, please be aware this company has been operating for 15 years. In business terms, that is a mature company. It is unreasonable to continue using disorganization as an excuse for unresolved internal problems at this stage.

Avoid the cult of ClearCaptions

Pros

Sometimes they mail you surprise swag, but it usually has their logo

Cons

Most managers have an inflated sense of ego, play favorites, and will stop short of nothing to keep “leadership” happy. Many lean heavily on AI for their “ideas”, and it shows. Burnout is rampant, here; once you realize what you’ve become involved with, it is very difficult to continuously summon the necessary engagement and enthusiasm for your job. Steer clear of this place unless you are desperate for work, then keep looking!
