With over twenty years of experience in the industry, ClearEdge’s owner strives to foster and encourage employees to grow and achieve career goals. At times, employees will face unfamiliar situations, but our CEO provides advice and guidance when it’s needed. ClearEdge does employ family, but that extends beyond ownership. Individuals refer siblings, best friends, and even spouses. No matter their relationship to another employee, everyone is held to the same standards. I can assure you that every employee is important to us, which is why we are sorry to hear that you did not feel that way during your time of employment.
