none office personnel are what matters not the ones who work the floors and alot alot of oncall

Cons

no appreciation from the administration offices always short handed and the bosses don't help on the nursing floors staff don't work well together its everyone fir them selves no team work management don't know how to talk to staff either

Interesting Work, Brutal Culture

Generally great fellow analysts and consultants, some fun dinner outings after projects, some charity opportunities, happy hours, etc. Interesting project work with high level biopharma companies and investment firms, significant opportunities for learning market research, financial forecasting, narrative creation / slide building, and relationship building with high level players in client companies

Cons

Extremely taxing workload, nearly every day was 8:30 AM to at least 7 PM, occasional weekend work, and “burner projects” where you are expected to pull 80 - 100 hrs/week on a rush job for a demanding client. Difficult learning curve and often unsympathetic leadership who worked their way up during easier times, requiring less outside the box thinking and easier promotion schedule / requirements
