Pros
The people are very smart and passionate about the work they are doing. There is a lot of ownership of work and responsibility given early- I was talking to clients within the first couple of months.
Cons
Expectations for quality of work is very high but projects are staffed very leanly so it is not uncommon to work until 11p.m. or start work at 6 a.m. It can be really exhausting and feedback is almost always focused on ways to improve.
