      There is a good breadth of project types.

      Cons

      The projects were far less strategic than they claim. There are some difficult personalities to work with.

      - You get as much responsibility as you can handle - Fun coworkers - Good healthcare benefits

      Cons

      - Partners are very conservative (socially and fiscally) and all male (read: not at all diverse) - Extremely high-stress environment, in which perfection is expected - Everyone is expected to happily work long, hard hours without acknowledgement - Leadership picks favorites and coddles them but forsakes the rest - Crazy drinking culture -- some members of the leadership force the junior staff to drink

      Co-workers are for the most part friendly. Work sanctioned offsite events are fun. Some of the projects are interesting.

      Cons

      *Swinging door of new hires and people laid off. Don't expect to work here long. *Work is not balanced among workers. Some have multiple hard projects while others skate by with easy, repetitive projects. *Project leaders are not leaders. They snitch to upper management about every little mistake and offer no leadership. *Coaches are a joke. They do minimal and coach no one. *Long hours without any valid instruction and NO positive feedback. *All locations have layoffs, not just NY. *Not a secure job. You will get laid off.
