Pros

Great people in both the consulting staff and leadership plus great professional development opportunities. You get lot's of opportunities and exposure from day 1.

Cons

The work life balance usually ranges from bad to terrible. The senior leadership is very good, but the project leadership is generally to young and inexperienced to be good managers which results in further burn.

- Potential for rapid professional development and progression within the organization - Lots of exposure to leadership during project work - (Mostly) interesting project work, touching a ton of different areas across the life sciences (all therapeutic areas, diverse clients, diverse project types)

Cons

- Hours can be long and unpredictable, though the company is making a serious effort to improve - Benefits are solid but could be better (more vacation, better 401k match)
