Junior team are helpful and kind, good exit opportunities

Cons

Feels like a U.S. firm with no respect for European culture. Awful work life balance, in part due to U.S. teams expecting you to work later. Promotions are more based on networking than being good at the job with promotions recently really slowing down. Bonuses got docked 25% last year due to company performance even if everyone burnt themselves out to complete understaffed projects.
