Good nurse coworkers and the pay is okay.
Cons
Management will throw staff out under the bus, they provide minimal support, benefits suck, and worst of all they contact you at 3pm on a Friday to “release” you from your job. Very untrustworthy managers and the VP is just as bad. They don’t provide adequate training and expect more and more every day. Personally I hated the 1st manager I had, and the 2nd one didn’t have a clue about what she was supposed to do. Therefore she couldn’t help staff. The biggest thing is you don’t get a severance package and any communications after you leave are rude and treat you like you did something wrong. Run from them as fast as you can. If you’re already there you better start looking for somewhere else to work.
