Pros

The other reps are fun to work with, that is the only reason why I stayed as long as I did.

Cons

Where to start, well the only way to get promoted at Clearlink is to play golf or to hang out with the management. There is no transparency between management and reps. There turn over rate is a joke. They don't pay their reps enough money and most of the managers are perverts. I was with Clearlink for almost 3 years and during that time things had gone for okay to horrible. I am just glad that I left when I did. IF YOU ARE A PRETTY GIRL STAY AWAY FROM CLEARLINK. SEXUAL HARASSMENT IS A BIG PROBLEM. I am a guy by the way but I saw this stuff happening all the time. Finally, they have been firing people lately for the smallest infractions which only hurts the team moral.

Great culture, growth and awesome coworkers

Pros

I've worked at Clearlink now for 5+ years. What has kept me there is continued innovation, growth, culture, talented people, and fair compensation. From the top down (from Phil), I believe Clearlink has thoughtful leadership that will continue to grow the business beyond its current levels. I love my diverse coworkers and focus on women and increasing the % of women in the leadership team. Clearlink has some of the best benefits and perks in Salt Lake City.

Cons

Not all departments work at the same pace. While some departments are very lean, others run fat because they are looked to as growth departments. Often, marketing seems to get an overly flexible work schedule, and when there are times to push harder, the decision is always to hire more people. This is a minor annoyance that is tolerated.
