Pros

The people at clearlink are all fantastic. I'm close friends with a lot of my co-workers at and outside work. Relaxed atmosphere but everyone gets there work done. Order food and drinks from costco every week you can grab from the breakroom, lots a fruit for anyone at work to eat, limitless coffee and soda.

Cons

Pay below market average for salary on the corporate side, also hard to get a decent raise unless you change jobs positions.

I've been at Clearlink for several years and the one thing I can say is that this company will reward you if you put in the effort. I'll be honest, it's still a call center and it's still a sales job, but there's not many places you can go with little experience and still average $25+ an hour if you put the time, effort, and have the self discipline remove yourself from the everyday distractions of working in a call center.

I started out working one day during the weekend and on the evening shift from 11:30 to 8.

Love the people I work with, they make it fun and like a family Weekend lotto is so cool! I appreciate the employee advisors and how they support us. Good to have someone to talk to if I need to.

Can be stressful but worth it. Competitive
