Absolutely NO Job Security. You literally have no clue when you're going to get fired. If you get hired on, don't get comfortable, you'll always be walking on thin ice.

Nothing to say, you won't last in this company for 3-6 month, if you do good and make them money, you should be good but consistent.

Cons

You don't make them money, they will find a reason and get you kicked out. Trust they did that to my friends
