Pros

People are awesome Gym membership Dental insurance Occasional company party My sales coach was one of my favorite mentors, can't say the same for the other sales coaches though

Cons

-no opportunity to grow or move up, unless you want to play a game of brown nosing and politics. Performance and tenure means nothing to management when it comes to promotions -they're always making changes to the company's policies and no one can seem to get the facts straight, in fact, a ton of people have been fired for rules put in place but were never made clear to the sales floor. Therefore- No job security. -they're always changing the sales reps pay and making it worst, that's why they have a super high turnover rate.

Pros

Great projects to work on at the company along with incentive based pay.

Cons

Reward "top performers" who do are not in compliance. Basically representatives are allowed to say anything on the phone and when they are called into a compliance review are slapped on the back for their good work.
