      Benefits were alright after one year

      Anyone above the role of an agent can (and does) just sit back and let the commission roll in without lifting a finger or doing any real work (coaching, developing, etc...) Most of the coaches just chill in the break room, and on more than one occasion they've been busted making fun of the very reps making them money. This trend is not limited to one department or even one site; the culture seems to encourage this.
