Pros

Solid company! From a business stand-point it is hard to find a place to work where the attitude is stay small and agile yet fight together like an empire. The interactions I have with my work colleagues feels like a real team of talented people that each have the same goals and interests. Clearlinker for life here<-

Cons

More intership opportunities for people entering their given professions?

Pros

This is the best place that I ever worked at. I work in marketing in the corporate office (specifically in SEO). This place really understands what I do and wants me to succeed. Our team is awesome and the work is great. I'm paid fairly and have great benefits. There's a ton of perks for working here, such as a breakroom constantly loaded with food and snacks, fun onsite & offsite activities that we do all the time, and an (almost, $5/mon) free VIP membership to VASA gym. They really value their people, and it comes out. There's an awesome culture here.

Cons

You're not closely managed at all, so you have to be self-motivated. If you're the kind of person that needs clear directives, this is not the place for you. For me, however, it's perfect. Most places I've worked don't listen to a word the employees say and micro manage. This place is the opposite: they listen, and they leave you the freedom to get your work done. As long as you get the work done well, they don't care about the rest.

Pros

Clearlink treats their employees very well. I've worked as both a call center employee and as in-house marketer. I can honestly say that Clearlink is without a doubt the best work environment I've experienced on both the sales and marketing sides. Their technology is up to date. The offices are comfortable and fun to be at. There is an endless supply of beverages and snacks. They have events and contests to break up the monotony. Your co-workers will be some of the most highly qualified people in the industry as well. The pay for most positions seems to be above average and the benefits are good too. There are also many other jobs perks and opportunities for continuing your learning and self improvement. Another thing to note is that there is a lot of room to advance your career within the company.

Cons

One down side that I see from being on the marketing team is the pace. It is very slow when it comes to navigating all of the necessary productions teams and processes. Pointing the finger at other big companies that fave the same issues is not a legitimate excuse for this. If we're the best of the best we should be able to overcome this issue. Employees tend to abuse the laid back environment and awesome work life balance. This can be frustrating for the people that are held accountable for reaching specific goals and numbers, and can create a negative decide between teams; especially when individual success is heavily relied upon other teams completing their end of the deal on time.
