      Pros

      Easy way to make money. Inbound calls and lots of opportunity with incentives and commissions. I got to the point where I was making more in commissions that I was making hourly.

      Cons

      The culture is very high-school like. The turnover is really high. But if you work hard and are good at what you do, this is a great place to gain experience and launch a career.

      Pros

      Great people, great environment, great benefits. I have never had a jibe that I absolutely loved and employers who care until I came to Clearlink. They make me want to excel and be the best me in every aspect.

      Cons

      Since working at Clearlink I have yet to find something that I don't like. I have been here for about a year.

      Pros

      Free to be creative and flexible. Company really cares about the employees inside and out. They offer a lot of perks and try to create a family environment.

      Cons

      some take advantage of the lenience. They type of flexible and always changing structure can be hard to handle for those used to a more strict call center environment.
