Pros

Discounted/Free Insurance if in good physical shape. Advancement opportunities. Recognition for excelling. Prizes for perks include gaming consoles, money, kitchen gadgets, trips, etc. Relaxed environment Casual Dress (jeans everyday)

Cons

Young company with nearly no female supervisors or leaders. If you get on someone's bad side you'll have a short career, if you get on upper management's good side you'll climb the ladder unusually quickly. If you quit and are eligible for rehire you get more perks than people who have stayed for years. Some rehires have gotten $500 cash, Ipads, and promotions upon rehiring.

Pros

Amazing benefits, culture and people. It's hard to beat how well ClearLInk treats you. They care about you as a person.

Cons

The only con I can think of is really a benefit. ClearLInk is very successful and with success comes growth and change, so if you cant handle growth, change and success then ClearLInk isn't the place for you.

Pros

Salt Lake City headquarters has free soda, trendy slide (from floor 2 to floor 1) and constant remodeling/upgrades. Great first job out of high school. Easy commute, beautiful facility. You can easily do this job while applying at companies that pay more. Accruing paid time off, optional volunteer time off, and GREAT HR DEPARTMENT.

Cons

The real average pay (after commision) is $12-13/hr. I make about $15/hr and I am consistently above average (about 11th of 70). In order to receive PAID (FREE) benefits you have to pay for them yourself for a year. Classroom training lasts 4-6 weeks in which pay is $12/hr. After that, you "go to the phones" and start seeing the turnover (probably because of unrealistic performance expectations set by managers or yourself). Company culture is different than other organizations you may be used to. Can feel like a frat house at times (which may be a pro or a con to you).
