The mission statement and core values are exceptional. It is refreshing to see how unique this company is in a world of corporate culture. There is a true emphasis on the employee and their growth. While sales is focused around metrics, most coaching is holistic; in that it focuses on improving the person instead of just their numbers.

Cons

It seems as though the employee centered nature of coaching and development doesn't always extend past the sales executive position. Much of what I loved about Clearlink was lost upon receiving a promotion to management.
