      Pros

      Clearlink offers great training and moderately competitive salary. Learning how a strong telemarketing organization works is worth a great deal.

      Cons

      Micromanaging isn't a bad thing to Clearlink, and upward mobility is restricted. Clearlink is a good place to work for about a year.

      Pros

      Pros? Maybe getting ripped off by the Aventi Market everyday. Maybe getting micromanaged when you're a smidge out of adherence.

      Cons

      They're constantly making mistakes on my paycheck. And other employees I talk to as well. Clearlink used to be a pretty fun place. They added an adherence performance and quality that docks your commission if you forget to ask one simple question to a customer. Honestly I was really happy here at Clearlink, but my opinion has completely changed in the last couple of months.
