      Positive Environment with Lots of Opportunity

      Pros

      The atmosphere of teamwork and enjoyment is infectious. Everyone is laid back, but when it's time to crank, things get done and get done well. Benefits are incredible (a huge point of emphasis from upper management), including 100% health insurance, free golf (during work hours), flexibility with work/life balance... and everyone from execs to front-line employees work hard to maintain all of this.

      Cons

      Open floor plan can be distracting and takes time to get used to; office location kind of isolated from restaurants, amenities, etc.

      Pros

      Great if you only plan on staying for a couple of months, which appears to be what they encourage.

      Cons

      They get rid of leaders that try to develop talent and keep leaders that do nothing but are "friends" with the other leaders. They don't encourage the team to work together for the common good of the company, but more of the backstabbing every man for himself culture (and I do mean MAN).

      Pros

      decent hourly pay, bonus options, might make some new friends. There are opportunities to move up. ping pong table.

      Cons

      high pressure, constant looking over your shoulder. When it's a down season they will look for any opportunity to let you go..
