      Pros

      Clearlink is good at hiring smart people who are willing to share what they know, and learn what they don't. Working at Clearlink is fun and engaging with a lot of growth opportunities. I appreciate the importance of work/life balance within the Clearlink culture.

      Cons

      Onboarding can be a struggle depending on which role you are in. Clearlink still seems very "young" when it comes to processes and procedures.

      Pros

      There is always something fun going on. Just now I walked by someone carrying a pair of khaki pants with a red handprint painted on the butt that said "I was spanked by Utah" (meaning the local University's football team). People ride around on razor scooters. They often will serve adult beverages at the long town-hall meetings.

      Cons

      As with just about anywhere, you'll find the occasional "power trippers" in middle management, but even still everyone has a good demeanor about them, and there is a fun, family-like environment here.
