Pros

The company culture and people are great and the company's treatment of employees is trusting and generous. I love that they stock community snacks, offer flexible hours, have comfortable work environment and help employees stay healthy and active.

Cons

The location is a bit out of the way, located by the SLC airport. I wish the offices were closer to the city both for commuting and for access to lunch locations.

Pros

Good pay, low stress, basic responsibilities, smart coworkers.

Cons

Boys club. Classic male dominated upper management with the exception of "female" roles like HR and PR.

Pros

Clearlink expects 'corporate' employees to step in and be self-starting, motivated workers who actively try to find new avenues and opportunities to explore. Any and all ideas are welcome in the organization and everyone is encouraged to collaborate and bring new working habits to the table. Despite the company's size it fosters a startup mentality, enabling everyone to move in any direction we want. The only requirement is that we keep moving forward and don't get lazy. This combines with an excellent work environment. Employees are encouraged to seek a work-life balance and the hours are not overly demanding. Expect a 40 hour week, although you'll notice those who succeed in management put in more than this.

Cons

Clearlink expects 'corporate' employees to step in and be self-starting, motivated workers who actively try to find new avenues and opportunities to explore. I kid a bit here because there is not a huge amount of structure, which can result in new hires getting a bit lost. There is not a lot of process to be found and employees are expected to meet deliverables and deadlines with only a vague notion of what either of those terms mean.
