      Pros

      I've been working at Clearlink for almost 2.5 years. The group of people I work with on a daily basis is what makes it such an awesome place to work. I've learned huge amounts from my co-workers and managers and it's made growing through the company very enjoyable. Pay is solid, incentives make it better, work life balance is amazing.

      Cons

      Because a large portion of the company is based around sales teams it's sometimes difficult to get excited about some of the in-office incentives. The office isn't in the most ideal location for Salt Lake City.

      Pros

      The people here are awesome, and some of the most talented individuals in the marketing space. Everyday is a chance to learn and grow as a professional, all while building friendships that will last past the working working walls.

      Cons

      At times, people seemed tied to old ways of doing things instead of making the leap to try new methods and new processes.
