Pros

1. Almost everybody I work with is very intelligent. A lot of very specialized people and enough of them that on a normal week nobody works even close to typical marketing/agency hours. 2. The company does a really good job of providing the tools to be successful. No quibbling about needing a computer capable of doing your job, no skimping on software that is needed, no fear of testing new tools or processes. The needless extravagance of the agency world isn't here but there are always snacks in the kitchen, plenty of company activities, and I'm not worrying about bills at the end of a pay period. 3. No time entry. 4. 100% health coverage. 5. Very relaxed. Casual dress. Plenty of perks that you can take advantage of during work hours without fearing management is keeping track of each minute spent. 6. When things get real and it is time to work some hours or get a project done, everybody is pretty cool about it and just gets it done. Not being overworked makes it a lot easier to keep a good attitude and do better work during those times. 7. People seem to really like it here, without the weird evangelist/culty rhetoric you hear from employees of new-age culture companies. Everybody just kind of does their work, hangs out, and goes home.

Cons

401k matching. Honestly, I can't really think of any cons other than that. Everywhere has things you have to work through but as far as things that make me dislike my job, not many.

Pros

Proactive and supportive atmosphere, Directors/Managers that take value in what you have to say, competitive pay, and a strong employee appreciation are just some of things that make Clearlink great. Although it's not for free, the expectation is that you work hard so you can enjoy the fun times when they come up.

Cons

Rapid growth has created some congestion in both communication and organization.
