Amazing medicare sales opportunity!!

Pros

Training is incredible whether you are new to medicare sales or a seasoned agent. NO chargebacks on commissions earned! Fun contests and prizes. Enrollment platform is amazing and super easy to work with compared to others, they keep processes simple.

Cons

Not all the medicare sales managers here are great. It’s luck of the draw. This needs more consistency. Some of them lack what it takes to be a good team leader and manage a sales team. Just because you were a top agent in previous years, does not mean you have what it takes to lead a sales crew. I really hope the upper management for medicare sales takes a better look at their sales management. Some of them lack majorly with positive team encouragement, supportiveness, and being there for their team. Commissions could be better, they are kind of low.

You get paid weekly which is nice.

Cons

Micromanaging and unrealistic expectations. You’ll always be fearing for your job security because the expectations are far beyond realistic. You’ll be working over 40 hours without overtime pay, just to meet quotas so you don’t lose your job.
