      Pros

      Culture - Relaxed but everyone still works hard. Benefits - If you qualify you can get 100% paid benefits. Perks - Golf passes, ski passes, incentives, and bonuses. People - Have met a lot of great people and learned a lot from them. Growth - Was promoted after only 8 months.

      Cons

      As you would expect from a company that grows from fifty employees to over a thousand you have your growing pains. There is a lot of work to be done still but that is why I work here, so I can be a part of it and make a difference.

      -Clearlink has Great management and little micro managing -No commission caps so you can make a lot of money -A fun and unique work environment -Lots of flexibility, especially for students -Free Health Care for employees after a year of working there -Memorable incentives and activities

      Cons

      -Its a phone center so it can be a little monotonous -Inconsistent schedules, especially if you are a lower performer -Limited inside growth opportunities, there aren't many positions to move up to
