      Pros

      100% paid healthcare after a year, great perks ex. Jazz games, Real Suite, Company parties. It is a great work environment, fun people, and overall great job! The accounting department is a great place to learn new things and grow together because Clearlink is growing quickly.

      Cons

      Location is far from just about everything, but the airport, so lunch choices are minimal.

      -Solid strategy for continued business growth -Many thinking out of the box and creatively about marketing, customers and our business -Supportive teammates, mentors and managers -Work life balance encouraged and modeled -Room and opportunity to chart your own course and contribute to company growth -Crazy ideas and risks encouraged

      Cons

      A fast growing company, and with that comes some growing pains, but I choose to see those as opportunities where I can try-out ideas and solutions and be part of something. In my tenure, I have no complaints that I haven't been able to address/solve with my team and management.

      Pros

      The IT department at Clearlink is stellar. The quality and quantity of work that is generated by the three teams of developers is outstanding. Always on the cutting edge.

      Cons

      This can be both a pro and a con: The company is still young and is experiencing some growing pains. Sometimes this results in frustration however, most of the time it results in opportunity.
