Pros

Great people to work with. Company paid trips for top 5% performers. Excellent atmosphere. Pay is enough to pay bills with and have a little left for family time

Cons

The restrictions on what you can or can not do as an agent. The call flows and the strict "verbatim" statements on every call. We are NOT ALLOWED to transfer customers to the right departments anymore. Agents get written up like crazy for silly things it never used to be this bad. They change the commission structure so much and take away from agents if they don't meet 35% conversion at the end of every week.

Clearlink is filled with people who care on a deeply personal level about their teams and coworkers.

Cons

It's changing a lot and sometimes that change can come with a lack of communication. It can be hard to know what's going on and feels like not everyone is on the same page.
