Pros

There are some smart people trying their best.

Cons

Pretty much every level of senior leadership is awful. It's sad to say that because I used to think some of them were great. Over the last few years, either the level of power has corrupted them or they decided to show their true colors once the absolutely terrible Clark Group showed up. Every senior leader seems to be annoyed that they have employees. They want robots who do whatever they're told. Work here if you want to be nothing more than a number on a spreadsheet.

remote work and awesome team

Cons

management has no regards for their employees. will pester you to do work outside of your shift and demand how you should use your personal time(which you've worked hard for) to benefit them. im now earning way... more in a safer environment with a different company that honors me as their employee

Pros

Fun people, decent training. Inbound calls only, in my case.

Cons

Very confusing pay structure. Commissions were hard to calculate. Managers were really artificial. Lots of dumb rules related to using their "script". I was often outperforming almost everyone on the floor in an honest manner, leading customers to what they needed. Selling multiple services and contracts at a time. I was consistent, effective, and personable. I never had a hard time with anyone on the phone. Yet, I was constantly in hot water with the internal review team because my calls were essentially too candid and not scripted enough... Their restrictive script and call policies impacted the bottom line for the companies, and for me. Eventually I left because of this.
