      Joanne, Galen, and a few other ones are cool and knowledgeable employees

      Cons

      Commission structure is terrible, after aep they take forever to pay your other %40 of your commission and if you leave they will not pay you the other %40 after aep, the calls are terrible, transfer agents are so focused on just getting the bene over to us that they don’t even get the bene before transferring, they give a lot of personal time that you just don’t get paid for

      Most stressful job ever....run

      Pros

      For the most part coaches are great, co workers are great. That's it

      Cons

      There is no personal time available and it's very difficult to call in without taking a write up for it. Very stressful job with minimum wage pay. Unrealistic depends placed on the agents to sell a horrible service. Be prepared to shove tv down peoples throats.
