Pros

hard to think of any at the moment. I used to love my team and position.

Cons

The CEO is an emotionless villain. He does not care about his employees, has an unfathomably large ego, and come off as a cruel, heartless individual. I was in the recent town hall, and several team members were left crying. What an awful guy.

I loved Clearlink when it was run by a former ski instructor and bank teller and I did trust them. The 3 stars are for the amazing, intelligent, hardworking employees who still work at Clearlink.

Cons

The interesting thing about the $5,000 for employees quitting so layoffs weren’t necessary was that just the day before many across the marketing department were laid off without any warning of it even being a possibility, some who had been at Clearlink for more than a decade. I was shocked when I heard the CEO say it.
