      Great place that's only getting better

      -Positive culture with leaders who understand what good leadership is. -Good communication with a door that's always open -I've always felt listened to and cared about -Good benefits -Good time off -Good 401k -Good insurance options -Good lifestyle spending account

      Cons

      -I wanted to stay working from home, but I can't now. Which isn't a big deal. The office is pretty amazing, one of the most beautiful views in the valley. The funny part about this whole outrage thing is, if this was 3 years ago we'd all be working in the office anyway and no one would have any problem.

      Honestly, very few. But the pay is decent.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. They have created a terrible workplace culture. Not to mention the fact they recently told us all we aren’t working hard enough. Even though all of us as workers are what give the company value, management, and especially the CEO don’t understand this at all.
