      WAY TOO DEMANDING FOR THE PAY The commission structure is pathetic no matter how many sales u make, if u don't meet % ur paycheck will be small af. The micro management is insane they Penalize you for every call not closed Even if you had a good day. If you don't read their annoying disclosure statements they will write you up even if the sales representative closed the sale.

      great collaboration between teams great support from direct managers

      Cons

      they don't believe in work remote culture. no career progression. this place is fine if you want to learn and can open other possibilities for better jobs.

      Very Misleading

      Run! The company is very misleading and the calls are recycled one day I spoke with the same member 3xs. And taking the same calls is still counted against my metric. During ROY it s micro managed all day everyday they are constantly listening to your calls tell you what to say. They installed AI to fire people. It’s a pain! I do not recommend this company.
