Pros

Interviewing was a breeze. The amazing and friendly people make it worth it. We get to wear hats, be creative, and have tattoos. Competitive and weekly direct deposit pay is awesome. Located right off the freeway, so convenient. Very relaxed environment. Fun and exciting projects to work on.

Cons

I really have no complaints so far since I've started working here. They are willing to help you become better, and are open to suggestions on how to make things better.

Pros

The IT department at Clearlink is stellar. The quality and quantity of work that is generated by the three teams of developers is outstanding. Always on the cutting edge.

Cons

This can be both a pro and a con: The company is still young and is experiencing some growing pains. Sometimes this results in frustration however, most of the time it results in opportunity.

Pros

Decent Benefits Solid Base Pay + commission for entry level posistion Training is Phenomanal Great if you love a high school drama filled enviornment Fun Trips if you quailfy

Cons

You are only as good as your last sale: They don't care about what you have done in your past but only what you are doing that day or week. If you are struggling for only one day they will send you home not even half way through your shift. Turnover Rate is HIGH: We had 15 people in my training group, and when I left, I was the last one standing. The crazy thing was that I was only there for 4 months Metrics are hard to hit: They require you to sell multiple products that your customers dont call in about. If you dont sell enough of these or generate enough leads you are in big trouble. Point System Sucks: They have a 4 point system, which means you are late or miss work you gain points. If you go over you lose your job. One example that made me mad was one of my buddies was sick for a week and when he came back his job was lost because he was over the point limit. Ethical Delimaha: They treat there employees like crap and tell you to say or do anything to get the sale.
